All Paws Forward (Est. March 2004) runs a Professional Dog Training School for dogs of all ages based in the Western Suburbs. At All Paws Forward we specialise in Clicker Training (Positive Reinforcement), a fun and positive way for you and your dog to learn. During Summer it may be necessary for us to close due to extreme heat. If so, we will place a notice here. So please keep a close eye on this spot. Classes will resume on the 9th January in Melton and the 10th January in Sunbury We are currently offering NEW clients the opportunity of taking out 6 months membership for $250.00 This includes the Introductory class and there is nothing more to pay during this period. The owners of APF have undertaken the "Professional Dog Trainer's Course" with the National Dog Trainer's Federation (NDTF) and later the "Behaviorist Course".
The course involved canine psychology, training fundamentals, behaviour problems and solutions.The APF instructors have all completed the "Top Dog K9 Trainers Course" but also bring different aspects and backgrounds to the classes from their own experience and references read over the years which make APF unique from other Puppy/ Dog Training Schools. Why All Paws Forward? APF has been established because the owners strongly believe that early and ongoing dog training and socialisation prevents many adult dog behaviour problems and makes for a happy, contented family pet.
The optimum age to start is 8 to 16 weeks. By providing this early training, dogs get the best possible start to living in our diverse human world and helps enable them to live a happy, well adjusted life. All Paws forward runs Puppy pre-school, Obedience, Socialisation, Agility for fun, Tricks and Lifestyle classes. All of our classes are run using positive training techniques. We also have a Behaviour Consultant on the grounds at all times to help with any problems you may be experiencing. |
