All Paws Forward was established in 2004 but it was not until 2007 when Wayne Moore and Lisa Impey came on to the Board of Directors that a turnaround in the club was seen. Wayne and Lisa introduced Clicker Training to the curriculum, retrained the staff and introduced the Top Dog K9 Trainers Academy to train prospective students to become first class instructors and Behaviour consultants.  

Wayne and Lisa both hold a certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training and are also approved by DPI as being able to train and assess dogs for the Man & Best Friend Program through the Top Dog Organisation.

Both Wayne and Lisa combined, have over 50 years of working in the pet care industry between them.

Wayne has a professional background as a Training and Development Officer for the Ministry of Education; and as Member Services Manager for Victorian Canine Association; being heavily involved in dog showing, breeding and obedience training and competition (over 43 years; thankfully he started young) and he is currently running an animal boarding establishment and animal transport business whilst still working as centre manager, office manager and conducting classes and workshops for All Paws Forward.

Lisa also has an extensive background in obedience competition and breeding (over 20 years). Lisa is the first point of contact when phoning the 1300 723 660 number and when not answering the phone and email enquiries works as a Behaviour Consultant  and Senior Instructor for All Paws Forward, whilst also conducting group classes, private lessons, undertaking boarding and training, conducting workshops and developing courses for the Top Dog K9 Trainers Academy.

Both Wayne and Lisa take their role with All Paws Forward very seriously with an understanding that a well behaved pet dog is a dog that is loved, enjoyed and valued as a vital member of the family.

All Instructors at All Paws Forward have been handpicked from the students who have successfully completed the Top Dog K9 Trainers Instructors course so you can be assured that they are well qualified in helping you reach your goals. All Instructors are current members of the Top Dog Trainers Organisation giving them DPI approval to work to the standard set out according to the  Animal Welfare Legislation and the Minister of Agriculture.
