Introductory Course 4 weeks - All weeks include socialisation

 

After handlers complete the 4 week Introductory course, they will receive a personalized certificate and  a class photo will be published on the APF website.

 

APF aims to motivate the dog’s family to continue training after they have completed the 4 week course not only in obedience training but other activities such as agility and Socialisation.

 

APF classes will be fun and motivate handlers and the dogs themselves.  The classes will encourage everyone to train their dogs during the week before they attend their next class. 

 

Dogs with their owners will have a great time at APF getting to know each other and how to understand each other which will make a great difference when training your dog.

Registration – 8.45am to  9am (Melton & Sunbury) or 10am to 10.15am (Sunbury)

Registration - During Daylight Savings ONLY - 6pm to 6-20pm  (Melton)

Week 2                

  • Revision from Last week

      Where?

      Saturdays - Willows Historical Park - Reserve Rd, Melton (Melways,337,C9,D9)      
      OR     
      Sundays - Sunbury Secondary College, 30 Racecourse Road, Sunbury

      Thursdays - Willows Historical Park - Reseve Rd, Melton      

       

      When?

      Every Saturday in Melton

      Most Sundays in Sunbury and Keilor - Call 1300 K9 Training (1300 598 724) for start dates and Times.

      New class starting every 2nd week commencing with the 23rd October 2008

      (Melton and Sunbury closed Long Week-Ends and 3 weeks over Christmas)

       

      Times?

      Starts at 9am in Melton and Sunbury, 6 and 6.30pm Melton (During Daylight Savings time ONLY).

       

      Please arrive 10 minutes early so you and your dog are not rushed.

       

      Cost?
      Bookings are essential.

      Melton bookings can be made at PETstock Melton - 77 High Street, Melton.


      Introductory Course (4 weeks) - $90 for 1st and $70 for 2nd dog.


      Make a booking and pay online or Pay on the Day - Cash or Visa/Mastercard accepted.

       

      Further training is available after completing the Introductory Course :

      • Basic to Advanced Levels

      • Obedience Trial Classes

      • Agility (for dogs over 12 mths of age)  & fun Classes held every alternate Saturday.
